The Protective Effects of Trametes Versicolor on Arsenic-Induced Male Reproductive Toxicity through Regulation of Oxidative Stress: A Biochemical and Histopathological Survey

Exposure to arsenic is linked a wide range of diseases, in particular male reproductive toxicities. Trametes versicolor traditional medicinal fungus with remarkable potential for antioxidant activity. The purpose this study was examine the ameliorating effects water and methanol extracts T. on arsenic-induced toxicities via abrogation oxidative stress. mice were divided as follows: control: normal saline, As: (15 mg/kg), WE: extract (400 ME: As + mg/kg) (100, 200, 400 positive vitamin C (500 mg/kg). Arsenic caused significant pathological tissue morphology significantly reduced count motility. Moreover, mediated increases ROS generation, carbonyl content, well depletion concentration peroxidase activities. Although, coadministration at 200 mg/kg counteracted damages improved parameters. Our indicated that ameliorated testis toxicity dysfunction attenuation damage.
